OJ figurine playing the cello

Hi, I have found a OJ figurine and wanted to know a little more about it.

It is a boy playing the cello, he is in a green jacket with red pants that are stripped. He also has a small orange hat off to one side of his head, and is kinda leaning into the cello as he is playing it.

It is stamped in green on the bottom and I think it is made of Bisque. Do you know of it, or anything about it?

Gene Florence's 6th Book, page 103

You didn't mention how tall your little boy was, but if he is about 3-4" and tilts to the right as you face him, I think I've found him! He's in Gene Florence's 6th Book, Occupied Japan Collectibles, page 103 and is listed for $7.50 - $10.00. However, you said you thought your boy was bisque; this one is porcelain. If your boy is glossy over his paint, so is he. If you need further assistance, please send me a photo of him and I'll look again. I hope this helps.

Respectfully,
Ms. Sam Armijo
